A bit more about what you’ll do…
- Lead and develop a team of at least 2 direct reports
- Provide exemplary service to residents and team members
- Manage all aspects of property maintenance which includes vendor relationships, service staff, preventative maintenance, apartment turns, and resident service requests
- Communicate property maintenance and capital needs to management and ensure maintenance and capital needs are addressed
- Ensure property is in compliance with AIR operating procedures / guidelines, regulations, and other compliance matters including those related to Environmental Health & Safety
- Manage budget efficiently to maximize return on investment while maintaining highest level of quality and customer service
