We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEM Manager to join our dynamic team. As an SEM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing PPC strategies to achieve company objectives and KPIs. You will conduct thorough keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and utilize advanced audience targeting techniques to optimize campaign performance across various platforms.

Responsibilities Include :

Develop and implement PPC strategies to achieve client objectives and KPIs.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing search terms.
Create compelling ad copies that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
Utilize advanced audience targeting techniques to reach the most relevant users.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
Manage PPC budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve client goals.
Conduct A / B testing and experimentation to improve campaign performance and identify winning strategies.
Generate regular reports detailing campaign performance metrics and insights.
Communicate performance insights, recommendations, and strategic updates to clients in a clear and concise manner.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure the implementation of cutting-edge strategies.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in developing and managing successful PPC campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).

In-depth knowledge of SEM best practices, strategies, and techniques.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.

Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, etc.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Google Ads certification and other relevant certifications are a plus.

Ability to view campaigns through a non-traditional lens. What works for others doesn’t necessarily work for ACS.
