IT MANAGER

Role and Responsibilities :

• Researches and implements technological strategic solutions.
• Establish, measure, and define IT goals and maintain an IT roadmap.
• Initiates, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, and procedures.
• Establish a security policy to protect company information and resources.
• Manage development projects to integrate new technologies into existing systems.
• Perform ongoing support and maintenance of all hardware, software, and network components.
• Plan and oversee computer systems, hardware, and network installation and maintenance.
• Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
• Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes.
• Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery, backup procedures, and information security and control structures.
• Maintains the organizations effectiveness and efficiency by defining and delivering strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
