WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS
Work Schedule & Location : This full-time heating and cooling role is based out of our central location in Santa Fe, NM. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional overtime for priority projects.
As a Lead HVAC Installation Tech, you start your day by meeting up with your team at our central hub in Santa Fe to load up, review projects, and head out to job sites. You are the go-to expert, taking charge of installing heating and cooling systems like furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems. Along the way, you assign tasks, monitor quality, and make sure safety standards are always top-notch. By day's end, you have completed final inspections, confirmed system functionality, and left your clients impressed with ACHS's outstanding service. You also support apprentices and junior techs in their growth, helping them master the trade and build confidence on the job.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS OUR LEAD HVAC INSTALLATION TECH
- EPA Section 608 certification
- NATE certification (or a willingness to obtain it)
- Valid driver's license
