ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Lead HVAC Installer, you'll start your day by reporting to our Santa Fe central location to prepare and coordinate with your team. From there, you'll lead installations across the area, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, mini-split systems, and ventilation setups. You'll assign tasks, ensure safety standards, and oversee the project from start to finish, conducting final inspections to guarantee top-notch results and client satisfaction. As a mentor, you'll guide apprentices and junior techs, encouraging their technical growth and reinforcing a safe, efficient work environment. Your day is complete when each installation meets both quality and customer service standards.
The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered :
- EPA Section 608 certification
- NATE certification (or a willingness to obtain it)
- Valid driver's license
SCHEDULE
This is a full-time heating and cooling position based in Santa Fe, NM. Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional overtime for priority projects. Each day begins at our central hub before you and your team head out to job sites across the area.
