We are currently looking for a Journeyman Electrician to join our team. ACIS is a growing commercial mechanical services provider in the commercial and industrial HVAC industry with a strong client base in Texas.
You will be responsible for completing daily work orders in a safe and workmanlike manner and in accordance with all applicable codes and regulations as well as completing larger quoted projects within the given budget.
Responsibilities :
- Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with relevant codes and standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine wiring layouts and specifications.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, components, and equipment, including but not limited to lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, and circuit breakers.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions to ensure optimal functionality.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to identify and address potential electrical problems before they escalate.
- Collaborate with other tradespersons and contractors to complete projects within specified timelines and quality standards.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to promote a safe working environment for oneself and others.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
