Job Description :
As an HVAC Technician, or Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. You'll ensure that these systems operate efficiently and provide comfortable indoor environments for occupants.
Key Responsibilities :
Installation : HVAC Technicians install heating, cooling, and ventilation systems according to manufacturer specifications, building codes, and design plans. This includes placing and connecting components such as furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, thermostats, and more.
Maintenance : Regular maintenance is crucial to keep HVAC systems running smoothly. Technicians perform scheduled inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and component replacement to prevent breakdowns and maintain optimal efficiency.
