We are implementing a full-suite Oracle CRM, Cloud ERP, and EPM application layer to support our rapidly growing organization. This strategic initiative offers a unique opportunity to participate in a greenfield implementation for a large and successful company, shaping its technological foundation for the future.
Job Summary
As an Oracle EPM Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering daily support to Oracle EPM users, including both Hyperion On-Premises and EPM Cloud solutions. You will focus on Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Hyperion Financial Management (HFM On-Premises), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), and Data Management. If you have strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills and thrive in a collaborative team environment, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- System Implementation : Partner with system implementation teams to design scalable CRM solutions and define the strategy and architecture for CRM ERP system integration.
- Requirement Gathering : Engage with business stakeholders to understand sales, commission, and execution processes, identifying pain points and crafting solutions.
- Solution Design : Develop functional designs leveraging Oracle CRM, CPQ, and Incentive Compensation modules to address business needs.
- Configuration : Configure Oracle CRM / CPQ / Incentive Compensation applications to meet business requirements.
- Testing & Validation : Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality aligns with business needs and best practices.
- Data Migration : Collaborate with technical teams to define strategies for data migration from legacy systems to Oracle CRM solutions.
- Training & Documentation : Train end-users, create documentation, and support adoption of CRM applications.
- Support & Troubleshooting : Provide post-implementation support, addressing issues and ensuring smooth system operation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Simplify processes, reduce complexity, and enhance agility across applications, integrations, and reporting.
- Enterprise Guidance : Act as a primary escalation point for enterprise architecture, providing expert solutions for complex challenges.
