Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical business. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring our team performs at its best. Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of managers that oversee technicians, customer service representatives, and support staff.
- Foster a positive work culture that encourages professional growth and high performance.
- Identify and nurture talent within the team, providing opportunities for advancement and skill development.
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company standards and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and service quality.
- Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and schedules to meet company objectives.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high standards of quality and responsiveness.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Process Improvement:
- Analyze operational processes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Compliance & Reporting:

Qualifications:
Experience:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within HVAC/plumbing/electrical or similar technical field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire teams, with a focus on professional development and employee engagement.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Solid understanding of HVAC/plumbing/electrical systems, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills a must.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint a must.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications or training in HVAC/plumbing/electrical systems and management are a plus.
