Job Description: Manufacturing Engineer
We seek a Manufacturing Engineer to drive process efficiency, quality enhancements, and cost optimization in our production operations.
The ideal candidate will provide technical support to manufacturing teams, production supervisors, and operators.
The Manufacturing Engineer will analyze product and process workflows to identify efficiency gains, quality improvements, and cost reduction opportunities.
This role involves developing and refining manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and consistency.
The selected candidate will partner with vendors to design and implement production-specific equipment and automation solutions.
The Manufacturing Engineer must ensure safety compliance and proactively address potential hazards in equipment and processes.
This role also includes optimizing facility layouts and material flow for improved manufacturing efficiency.
The successful candidate will work closely with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
This role also involves leading capital projects, including equipment selection, budgeting, and implementation.

Requirements
We require a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
Candidates should have ~3-5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
A strong background in Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is essential.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Knowledge of CNC programming is preferred but not required.
