**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Ruskin, a subsidiary of Air Distribution Technologies, Inc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to customers, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with order entry, engineering, product management, and regional sales manager teams to ensure alignment of applications and order processing with customer needs
- Conduct technical trainings in person or via a webinar to customers on proper application of products
- Provide training and support to customers and internal teams on product features, applications, best practices, and selection software
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited four-year College or University
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
