Air Distribution Technologies, Inc. (ADTI) is seeking a Product Manager to create and execute product strategies and drive portfolio lifecycle within our Fan and Blower Coil Unit portfolio. The Product Manager conducts market research, generates product requirements, develops marketing strategies, manages product introductions and enhancements, and owns the P/L for the portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles, from ideation to sunsetting, while aggressively driving business growth and profitability.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as product champion to promote awareness, understanding, and adoption of fan/blower coil products.
- Conduct voice of customer exercises through customer visits and industry events to gather feedback on our products and identify areas for innovation and improvement.
- Build a deep understanding of customer experience to identify and fill product gaps, generate new ideas to expand market share, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Develop product roadmaps, pricing, and positioning strategies targeting fan coil markets.
- Translate product roadmap, pricing, positioning strategy, and competitive analysis into detailed product requirements and definitions.
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
- Manage product cost and profitability (P/L) to ensure consistency with product line strategy.
- Create go-to-market strategies aligned with the company's vision and objective.
- Liaison with manufacturing facilities and vendors to implement go-to-market strategies.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver new product development with quick time-to-market.
- Communicate new product offerings to the market through webinars, training, and industry events.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulation, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
What We Look For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in fan coil units, air distribution, or related HVAC field with aptitude towards mechanical assemblies and/or electronic controls.
- Proven success in managing all aspects of a product’s lifecycle, with strong financial acumen and reporting.
- Strong skills in developing product and marketing strategies with the ability to communicate and execute effectively.
- Experience with market research, competitive analysis and data-driven decision-making.
- Proven ability to present product training and articulate positioning.
- Ability to travel up to 20%
Preferred
- Masters of Business Administration degree
- 3-5 years of product management experience
- Solid understanding of product cost structure and market-based pricing models
- Experience working within a House of Brands

The work environment is primarily in a professional office setting with standard office equipment and a climate-controlled, atmosphere designed for productivity.
