Position Summary :
This hybrid role combines responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician and a Production Supervisor. The primary focus is on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining production machinery while also overseeing production teams, workflows, and schedules. The successful candidate will ensure machinery operates efficiently, minimize downtime, and maintain high production standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintenance Responsibilities (Primary) :
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain production equipment (e.g., forklifts, presses, HVAC systems).
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to avoid downtime.
- Assist in the setup and installation of new equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and troubleshoot hydraulic systems.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
