PennBarry, an Air Distribution Technology, Inc. subsidiary, is seeking a Project Engineer III. The Project Engineer will play a key role in managing and supporting product development, customization, and improvement projects. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Project Engineer will ensure that project goals, timelines, and deliverables align with PennBarry's standards of excellence and customer requirements.
What You'll Do :
- Plan, organize, and manage multiple engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance.
- Develop detailed technical specifications, designs, and documentation.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects or modifications to existing products.
- Provide technical support and expertise to resolve engineering challenges.
- Assist in the development and launch of new products, ensuring alignment with industry standards and customer needs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Act as a liaison between engineering, sales, and customer teams to ensure clear understanding of project requirements.
- Present technical concepts and project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects adhere to regulatory standards, industry codes, and company quality guidelines.
- Support testing and validation processes for product designs and prototypes.
