Ruskin, an Air Distribution Technologies, Inc. (ADTI) subsidiary, is seeking a Software Product Manager. The Program Manager will oversee the integration of Ruskin’s product portfolio into the ADTI product selection and pricing software. Candidate will work cross-functionally and in support of the ADTI software team to coordinate the development, implementation, and integration of software solutions that optimize pricing strategies and product selection processes. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product management, sales, IT, and other stakeholders within ADTI’s brands, to deliver aligned, robust, and user-friendly software tools that meet market demands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pricing and selection tools, software development lifecycles, and a passion for creating solutions that drive business growth and customer value.
What You'll Do:
Program Oversight:
- Lead and manage the Ruskin elements of ADTI software development programs focused on pricing and product selection tools from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Develop detailed program plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and deliverables.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with ADTI software team, sales, product management, and engineering teams to define software requirements and specifications for pricing and selection applications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Execution and Delivery:
- Monitor program progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to stay on track.
- Oversee testing, quality assurance, and deployment activities to ensure software reliability, accuracy, and performance.
Data and Market Integration:
- Ensure software integrates seamlessly with market data, customer preferences, and pricing trends to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with data analytics teams to enhance the predictive and adaptive capabilities of pricing models.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Complete Ruskin brand-specific assignments to support managing program budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to achieve cost-effective outcomes.
- Support local and ADTI leadership to facilitate resource planning and allocation to optimize team productivity.
Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze program outcomes and customer feedback to identify and report areas for improvement.
- Implement best practices for program management and software development processes.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of program management experience, preferably in software development or pricing/selection systems.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering software programs on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies).
- Familiarity with pricing strategies, product selection tools, or HVAC industry software is a significant advantage.
