- Driving SQDC consistency across all 6 plants through daily management and kaizen execution
- Partnering with Global Functions to improve processes and drive SQDC improvement
- Developing a strong talent pipeline through OTR (Organizational Talent Review)
- Partnering with the General Manager of the BU to define and execute business strategy
