Position Overview :
Titus is seeking an Application Engineer III . The Application Engineer will play a key role in supporting Titus' customers in the development and application of HVAC air distribution solutions. This role will use SolidWorks and engineering principles to create innovate solutions that meet client and production needs.
What You'll Do :
- Technical Support : Collaborate with field sales teams to provide technical guidance on HVAC air distribution products and systems.
- Project Assistance : Support the specification and application of custom HVAC products to meet unique client needs.
- Training & Development : Participate in training sessions on air handling systems and assist with customer visits, including factory tours.
- Team Collaboration : Work with manufacturing, engineering, and customer service teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
- Documentation & Testing : Assist in developing technical documentation, testing selection, and pricing software for product accuracy.
- Continuous Improvement : Contribute ideas for product enhancements, cost-saving initiatives, and value-engineering alternatives.
- Problem-Solving : Address field application challenges using creative and resourceful problem-solving techniques.
