This position is an exciting opportunity to join the Air Education and Training Command team as a Library Support Specialist. As a key member of the 97th Force Support Squadron Library, you will play a vital role in maintaining the organization and accessibility of our library resources.
Key Tasks
- Organize and maintain library collections, ensuring all materials are accurately cataloged and shelved.
- Process new library materials, including checking condition, removing damaged or obsolete items, and performing minor mending.
- Assist with circulation duties, registering users, charging and discharging library materials, and responding to user requests.
- Collaborate with librarians to review library's collection and ensure accuracy and consistency.
