Air Evac Lifeteam is a leading provider of life-extending air and ground medical services, renowned for state-of-the-art helicopter equipment, a safety-first culture, and successful patient missions.
As a Maintenance Controller, you will monitor daily activities for 135 maintenance operations, receive calls from the field about aircraft being placed out of service (OOS) for maintenance, and create OOS maintenance pages. You will also initiate calls to mechanics for unscheduled maintenance, coordinate efforts to return an aircraft to service, and ensure all maintenance performed is addressed in RAMCO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily activities for 135 maintenance operations
- Receive calls from the field about aircraft being placed out of service (OOS) for maintenance
- Create OOS maintenance pages and updates
- Initiate calls to mechanics for unscheduled maintenance and coordinate efforts to return an aircraft to service
- Ensure all maintenance performed is addressed in RAMCO
Requirements:
- Minimum five (5) years of aircraft maintenance experience required
- Minimum three (3) years of helicopter maintenance experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge in aircraft, engine, and component records
- Ability to direct, control, and plan large and detailed schedules of maintenance
Working Environment:
Primarily works in an office environment, but may be occasionally asked to work in a hangar or flight line environment and may be subject to extreme heat conditions.
