$62,705 to $91,455 (starting pay) Depending on experience

We are seeking a dedicated A&P Base Aviation Maintenance Technician to support our helicopter maintenance operations. As an Aviation Mechanic, you will be responsible for safe aircraft maintenance and adhering to the highest standards of quality.

Your role as a Base Aviation Maintenance Technician will involve daily maintenance of helicopters, performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, repairs, and modifications to airframes, rotors, and appliances.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years of helicopter maintenance required (open to all rotorcraft experience)
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid and current FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) required
- Valid and current FAA Inspection Authorization preferred
- Valid and current Driver's License required
- Must be acceptable in accordance with the FAA drug and alcohol testing program
- Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations, and of EMS aviation practices and requirements preferred.
- Maintenance experience on current AS350, Bell 206, Bell 407, EC130, EC135 highly preferred
- Avionics troubleshooting knowledge and basic electrical repair experience required.
- Aircraft systems knowledge required.
- Aircraft records systems knowledge required.
- Aircraft maintenance planning experience required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and 24/7 on-call rotations.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Capable of lifting 50lbs.
