Responsibilities:
- Process and maintain member records, including invoicing, payments, and database entries.
- Handle all correspondence related to membership services, including mail and phone inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service and support internal coordinators.
- Ensure accuracy in data entry and quality maintenance.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles or sales.
