Membership Processing Specialist
Location: On-Site, West Plains, Missouri
Hourly Rate: $13.75 (Non-Negotiable)
The Membership Processing Specialist supports our Membership Sales division by handling member invoicing, data entry, payment processing, and customer service inquiries. This role is essential in ensuring accurate records management and delivering a seamless membership experience.

Responsibilities:
- Process and maintain member records, including invoicing, payments, and database entries.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail related to membership services.
- Provide excellent customer service and support incoming coordinator calls.
- Ensure accuracy in data entry and quality maintenance.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of office functions, sales, and marketing support.
