- Some commercial appliance repair experience
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Technical ability to use a tablet and provide digital tickets
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Preferred qualifications include 2 years of commercial kitchen and hot-side equipment repair experience, CFESA certification, knowledge and experience with residential equipment, and certification to work with rational equipment/combi ovens.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Your typical work schedule will be Monday through Saturday, between 10 AM and 6 PM, with flexibility and a 40-hour work week, plus an on-call option. As our Commercial Kitchen Service Tech - Appliance Technician, you'll be responsible for repairing, assessing, and maintaining various commercial kitchen equipment. From convection ovens to dishwashers, you'll diagnose, research, and repair appliances while ensuring proper truck inventory and accurate service reports. Be the professional who pays attention to what's happening during the repair, asks questions when needed, and follows safety rules when working with machines.
