REQUIREMENTS: PRIMARY DUTIES: The primary purpose of this position is to serve as an organization action point between the support point and submitting organization responsible for all technical/administrative actions for resolution of deficiency reports (DR) submitted. MISSION STATEMENT: Plans, directs and manages the Supply Chain Operations activities of the Squadron to include developing enterprise demand and supply plans; developing and monitoring supply chain execution and sourcing activities; ensuring organizational compliance; and serving as the Squadron's focal point for all customer relationship management issues pertaining to Electronic Warfare management. Provides sustainment of weapons systems commodities worldwide by providing Supply Chain Management life-cycle support to include full spectrum technical support to all commodity customers. MAJOR DUTIES: DUTY 1: Performs studies, analyzes data, prepares plans, reports, agreements, tracks action items, monitors support effectiveness with respect to program management, and provides briefings to management when necessary. DUTY 2: Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the organization, ensuring that logistics management related operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs. Develops goals and objectives that integrate organization and logistics related objectives. DUTY 3: Participates in special logistics related operation projects and initiatives and performs special assignments. Identifies the need for special projects and initiates milestones and goals. DUTY 4: Represents the organization with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships. - Employee may be required to work extended or other than normal duty hours, to include evenings and weekends, and may be subject to recall. Ability to work with, lead, and manage various groups or individuals to resolve difficult problems/situations as related to organizational issues. Ability to understand and deploy lean concepts in problem resolution. 6. Skill in interpreting and applying complex DOD, USAF, AFMC, and AFSC regulations, methods, operating procedures, and policies, as well as developing methods and operating procedures as required.
