The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), 711th Human Performance Wing, Commanders Support Staff seeks to hire a DO-0343-02 Management and Program Analyst at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as Wing Self Assessment Program Manager.
Position duties include, but are not limited to :
- Performs analysis and uses systematic, disciplined, and quantifiable approaches to manage projects related to the commander’s assessment and inspection program management.
- Determines how best to accomplish assessment and inspection program objectives, develops and evaluates alternatives, delivers presentations of results, and monitors in-house activities.
- Assesses the organization's of the 711 Human Performance Wing to determine long-range inspection and assessment requirements.
- Administers Self-Inspection Program for 711 HPW for Wing units, programs, procedures irrespective of inspecting organization.
- Serves as Wing Self-Assessment Program Manager (SAPM) and Management Internal Control Toolset (MICT) Lead.
- Performs analysis of unit self-assessed capabilities versus inspection requirements to build inspection sampling strategies.
