Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales / Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both sales and project management, overseeing client relationships and ensuring projects are executed seamlessly from initial engagement through completion. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing client needs, coordinating project execution, and ensuring successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate is a high-energy, self-motivated professional with outstanding customer service, communication, and organizational skills. They possess extensive technical expertise in all aspects of commercial HVAC / R, enabling them to assess client needs, manage projects efficiently, and deliver high-quality solutions with confidence. You will play a key role in growing our client base, managing project timelines, and ensuring all work is completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers, acting as their primary point of contact.Identify opportunities for new projects, assess client needs, and provide recommendations for HVAC solutions.Travel to client meetings, project sites, and networking events as needed.Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring a smooth transition from the initial client consultation to project execution and final completion.Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, proactively addressing challenges to ensure customer satisfaction.Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure proper execution and alignment with client expectations.Provide clients with regular project updates, addressing any concerns and ensuring smooth communication.Maintain accurate records of leads, project progress, and customer interactions using CRM software.Continuously refine and implement best practices in project management and customer service to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.Qualifications
High school diploma / GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.5 years of experience in commercial HVAC, with a strong understanding of systems, project management, and client needs.Previous experience in project management and client relations, preferably in commercial HVAC, construction, or related industries.Strong organizational and customer service skills with a track record of managing multiple projects efficiently.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to take a project from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects are executed effectively and on schedule.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts within a project.Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.Comfortable with traveling locally as needed for client meetings and project oversight.What We Offer
