Hello.
My name is Joshua Force, the owner of Air Headz. I run an awesome small mom-and-pop shop right out of my truck, Most would call me an airhead or chuck in a truck, lol All puns aside, though, I am putting together a team and looking for the best of the best HVAC techs and installers with the motivation and drive to work. I'm looking for experienced, qualified people who can run a truck and perform service, repairs, and installations alongside me. We do it all : residential, commercial, and some refrigeration. Required qualifications :
Legally authorized to work in the United States
18 years or older
Valid driver's license
Background check
Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Review
Drug screening
Preferred qualifications :
5 years of experience in the construction industry
At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
Reliable transportation to and from work
Construction skills : reading blueprints
Construction skills : reading a tape measure
Construction skills : operating handheld tools
Retail skills : customer service
Retail skills : addressing customer complaints
Retail skills : restocking
Retail skills : taking inventory
Able to work in an environment with high temperatures
Able to work in an environment with low temperatures
Able to work in an environment with heights over 6 feet
Able to work in an environment with heights over 20 feet
Comfortable handling customer complaints
Able to stand for duration of shift
Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs
Available to work : on call
Available to work : weekends
Available to work : late at night
Available to work : weekdays
Available to work : overtime
Available to work : early morning
