Program Management
- · Updating the execution program list, and weekly updating key open issue list,
- · To be responsible for customer and internal macro timing plan, set up program team, and organize program kickoff meeting.
- · Communications with local OEM’s in Design and Development Phase.
- · Organize the meeting with customers on Tech review, and engineering changes, launch activities related to customers.
- · Contract/Agreement review
- · Organize regular meetings with customers.
- · To be responsible for deliverables to customers per program timing.
- · If needed, organize the phased review with customers.
- · To track Sample fee, EDD, and Tooling fee, and recover from customer per contract definitions.
- Sales
- · Keep a customer list, and define the key activities related to customer programs
- · Commercial contract and Long-term agreement with customers
- · To be responsible for Quotes on engineering changes, and negotiate with customers as well.
- · To be responsible for payment from customers
- · To be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, and organizing communications with different departments on the customer side.
- · Customer information analysis
- · Key information from a customer to share with the internal team in time
Salary : $80,000 - $115,000
