How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The two main responsibilities of the Editorial and Internal Communications Manager are to develop narrative and content to support Air Liquide North America Cluster (NAM Cluster) corporate and business needs, as well as manage, develop and deploy internal communications activities in support of employee engagement. The role requires advanced-level skills in editorial content, storytelling, project management, negotiation and consulting with corporate leaders.Supports the Senior Director, Communications in advising leaders of the NAM Cluster Corporate Functions on internal communications matters
Plans, develops, deploys and supports the roll out of a wide variety of corporate functions (HR, Legal, HSEQ, Finance, Procurement, IT) campaigns, initiatives and communications toolkits
Develops and edits narrative, stories and other written content for a wide range of purposes: internal communications, corporate intranets, newsletters, executive bios, scripts, articles, posts for internal and external social media, slides for presentations, and similar collaterals
Manages, develops and deploys the corporate newsletters and internal broadcasts as well as Cluster’s general meetings with all employees (Town Hall)
Actively collaborates with the Group Content Factor

Required Qualifications And Competencies:
Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or related field
10 years of experience in communications or marketing or a similar role
Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position is not open for non-immigrant visa sponsorship.
Extensive experience in copywriting & storytelling for businesses, agencies and organizations, including speeches, reports, articles, brochures, web content
Expert knowledge of grammar and style, mastering English language (AP Stylebook)
Working knowledge of the Google Suite
Demonstrated ability with publishing and social media tools/platforms is an asset
Successful project management and decision-making skills
Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
Ability to travel within Canada and the US, as needed.
