Presentation of the team and business activities
The Operations Control Team is a key contributor to the success of ALAM objectives by ensuring meaningful support to the ALAM Leadership Team through in-depth analysis and performance monitoring.
The ALAM Operations control team is made of 1 employee and currently 2 VIEs, all based in Branchburg, NJ, with other recruitment in process to extend the team.
The Ops control team is part of the ALAM finance team based in the U.S. (Branchburg, New Jersey) and in Asia (Seoul, Korea; Singapore; Taipei, Taiwan and Tokyo, Japan).
The language is predominantly English.
Mission Summary :
In this mission, you will get the opportunity to learn about Operations Control in a dynamic environment with a worldwide footprint and a special focus on projects.
You will contribute to this mission by...
Engaging in the monthly financial close processes and reporting
Being the key contributor for projects, piloting Ops control processes and engaging in continuous improvement especially for the calculation of margin for ALAM's products
Participating in the development of IT enhancements to improve productivity, including, but not limited to the creation and distribution of Power BI dashboards
Analyzing operational expenses and collaborating with various departments to ensure sufficient and appropriate cost control
Contributing to the consolidation of the ALAM global figures
Analyzing and monitoring the evolution of key performance indicators (KPIs), tracking trends and analyzing the operational KPIs of the different ALAM departments
Analyzing and monitoring the profitability of ALAM's product and conduct a project to automate the calculation
Ensuring quality and consistency of data to achieve ALAM performance goals
Developing and monitoring data quality metrics and ensuring business data and reporting needs are met
Preparing strategic presentations on various topics (e.g. sales performance)
Providing ad hoc reporting and analysis for Operations Control, leadership team, and external customers such as Group Ops Control

Are you a MATCH?
Education :
Masters degree in Finance and / or Engineering.
First work experience in requested field as an Analyst
Soft and Hard Skills :
Excellent analytical skills and rigorous

Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Autonomous and able to work with cross functional teams in a multicultural environment

Knowledge of ERP systems, Excel, Google Suite, Power BI is a plus
