We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and dispatching technicians. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our systems.
- Collaborate with managers and technicians to efficiently dispatch calls
- Utilize software tools such as ServiceTitan
- Uphold phone etiquette standards while communicating with clients to enhance their experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of six months experience in Plumbing, HVAC, or Electrical customer service
- Familiarity with Plumbing or HVAC preferred.
- Experience using ServiceTitan software is strongly preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
