HVAC Warehouse Associate (Data Entry Focus)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is heavily focused on data entry, along with order fulfillment, inventory management, and maintaining warehouse efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry & Inventory Management – Accurately input, update, and track inventory in our system using Microsoft Excel and other inventory software to ensure real-time stock accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment – Process and verify orders, pick and stock materials, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Warehouse Organization – Maintain a clean, structured, and well-documented workspace.
- Job Site Deliveries – Transport materials to job sites as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong Data Entry & Typing Skills – Ability to efficiently enter and manage inventory data with a high level of accuracy.
- Computer Proficiency – Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required. Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
- Attention to Detail – Ensures accuracy in data entry, inventory tracking, and order processing.
- Warehouse Experience – Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management is preferred.
- Equipment Proficiency – Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
- Physical Requirements – Capable of lifting heavy objects and performing labor-intensive tasks.
- Safety Awareness – Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and handling procedures.

Note: This position may require occasional overtime and weekend work.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
