Competitive pay : $25.00 to $30.00 an hour, with the ability to go up to $35.00 an hour for the right applicant, depending on experience and credentials, with bonus / incentive potential on top of hourly rate based on performance!!!!

Position Summary : To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Provide feedback to the Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory, and retail pricing.

Required Qualifications :

3 years of residential and / or commercial service experience

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

EPA Universal License preferred, or the ability to obtain within 90 days

Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.

Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.

Experience making repair and replacement decisions.

Advanced customer service skills and the ability to communicate, educate, and offer HVAC accessories to clients.

Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
