- Lean Manufacturing : Lead lean initiatives to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.

- Inventory Management : Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of materials and finished products.
- Safety Compliance : Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Performance Metrics : Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve operational performance.
- Cost Management : Manage operational budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Exempt salary $120,000 - 130,000 depending on experience
