About the Position
We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at the Air National Guard Units. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our aircraft maintenance operations.
Your Key Responsibilities
- You will serve as the Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) for wing maintenance policy, providing guidance and advice to supervisors and employees on maintenance matters.
- You will conduct regular evaluations and reviews of maintenance activities, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address these issues.
- You will administer and coordinate our quality assurance, maintenance standardization, and inspection program, working closely with other teams to ensure consistency and excellence across all areas of the maintenance organization.
- You will develop and maintain organizational level checklists, ensuring that we have the tools and processes in place to support our mission.
