Job Description
The Air National Guard Units is seeking an experienced Aviation Resource Management Specialist to join our team. As a member of our operations group, you will be responsible for managing the Aviation Resource Management System and providing technical guidance and assistance to aircrew members and leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Provides individual aircrew aviation service and historical data to requesting civilian and federal agencies.
- Identifies, investigates, and rectifies errors such as the miscalculation of Operational Flying Duty Accumulator (OFDA) months.
- Closes out individual electronic records for departing personnel, including validation of all flight time entries, aircraft qualifications, and flight physical data.
- Participates in the Wing Flying Hour Program to determine inventories of assigned, projected, available, and actual expenditure of hours.
Qualifications:
- Experience in management analysis, database administration, and programming.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
