Role Overview
The Aviation Resource Management Specialist will serve as a key advisor to the Air National Guard Units, providing technical expertise and support to aircrew members and leadership. Key Responsibilities:
- Serves as a management analyst with responsibility to advise and correct all operational and administrative aspects of the Aviation Resource Management System.
- Develops and implements programs to meet the specific needs of the unit.
- Analyzes reports to determine program adequacy and accuracy.
- Communicates with ARMS Working Group and Air Force Major Command points of contact regarding system updates.
Requirements:
- National Guard membership is required.
- Military grade and assignment requirements must be met prior to placement.
