Work Hours : 8 : 00AM to 5 : 00PM Monday-Friday, some Saturdays during summer or as necessary

Job Summary
Provide Fast, Friendly, and Fun customer service
Handle inbound customer calls, managing inquiries and booking appointments.Make outbound phone calls to follow up on open estimates for the Service and Sales departments.Make outbound phone calls to survey upcoming or completed appointments.Maintain and update spreadsheets and reports and manage cancellations and rescheduling.Schedule and participate in call coaching, addressing customer needs professionally.Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring clear communication and smooth operations.Attend meetings and training sessions.Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company well in both community and office settings.Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Telephone Customer service (HVAC Experience a Plus)Computer skills : Microsoft Office, excel, word, etc. Service Titan a plus!Energy, enthusiasm, integrity & interest in performing at a high level every day.Ability and commitment to be on time.Attention to detail, multi-taskerProvide exceptional customer service to our clients at all times.Strong teamwork skills and high regard for teamwork with respect.Ability to work with other employees, management, and technicians to get the job done “right the first time” and in our client's best interest while abiding by company policies and procedures.Must pass our background, drug screening and MVR driving record checkMust be able to speak, read & write English - Spanish a plus!Benefits
