Job Description : Project Coordinator
Position Summary
The purpose of this role is to be the hub for all projects of the designated discipline. Provide clear and concise communication across all departments; Account Managers, Specialists, Engineers, Technicians, Service, Material Coordination, and Management. Track projects via timeline and ensure communication of project to the customer as required. Manage resources to achieve install goals agreed on by timing charts. Communicate with logistics for updates on material delivery, shipping, and invoices.
Key Accountabilities :
Provide Pre-Sale Support to Specialists and Account Managers including but not limited to the following :
Quoting custom solutions or support
Project design review
Onsite project review / sales process support
Provide support for Projects including but not limited to the following :
Updating Bill of Materials for custom equipment
Project review including required engineering data and documentation
Assembly Shop - Manufacturing or assembly of equipment
Schedule and lead Technical review if required
Cross-train in other disciplines of the organization, as time allows and as needed
Create file structure on systems (OneDrive)
Schedule Kickoff-Meeting / Send out notes from Meeting to attendees
Verify BOM and placement of Order
Verify Project documentation
Establish and maintain Timeline as required
Verification of all parts for projects
Coordinate Contract Labor
Coordinate Air Power Labor
Maintain project communication
Participate in lessons learned meetings as required
Qualifications :
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Ability to multitask
Take initiative, display a strong work ethic and maintains a positive attitude
