BECOMING OUR HVAC INSTALLER - INSTALLATION MANAGER:
Schedule:
You'll work from 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (or until the job is complete), with overtime opportunities.
Responsibilities:
As our HVAC Installer - Installation Manager, you'll guide and mentor a top-tier HVAC installation team, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and safe installations. You'll start your day preparing crews, troubleshooting challenges, and working alongside your team to maintain our reputation for excellence.
Qualifications:
- HVAC installation experience with a passion for mentoring
- Ability to work hands-on in the field while overseeing projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Clean driving record
Prior supervisory experience in the heating and air conditioning industry is a plus!
