- APPLIANCE SERVICE MANAGER
- The ideal candidate should be goal-oriented, self-motivated, and possess demonstrated leadership and people developmental skills. The Appliance Service Manager will begin their role by overseeing employees and will be responsible for coordinating residential appliance services and repairs within our Home Warranty Division.
**Requirements/Skills**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a service management role in the residential appliance industry. A comprehensive understanding of appliances and troubleshooting techniques is essential.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed to meet company demands.
- Understanding of operational concepts, including planning, scheduling and logistics.
- Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills.
**Responsibilities**
- Directly manage Appliance Service Technicians.
- This includes but is not limited to interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints; and resolving problems.
- Stay informed about technological developments in the industry and share this knowledge with team members.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments.
- Ensure employees provide superior customer service; conduct ride-along with technicians
- Promote and support the company brand.
- Ensure effective repairs and first-time resolutions for all in-home customer repairs within an assigned area.
