Airforce Heating and Air is seeking a reliable and organized Parts Runner & Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential to supporting our field technicians by ensuring timely delivery of parts and maintaining efficient inventory processes. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for ordering parts and managing parts-related tasks using ServiceTitan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver HVAC parts and equipment to job sites and technicians promptly
- Pick up parts from suppliers and vendors as needed
- Accurately order, track, and manage parts inventory
- Use ServiceTitan software for parts ordering, job tracking, and coordination
- Maintain organized records of inventory, deliveries, and orders
- Communicate effectively with technicians, suppliers, and office staff
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Basic knowledge of HVAC parts and equipment (preferred)
- Experience using ServiceTitan (preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
