The ideal candidate will be a quick learner. This person will handling a variety of important supportive tasks, providing answers, insights, instructions, and assistance to our valued customers. As the voice of our company, the call center representative must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as be enthusiastic about helping consumers and driving their satisfaction.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift between 10am-7pm
- Possible OT
Required skills and qualifications:
- Reach out to potential customers to determine their overall interest and eliminate customers who aren’t interested in our services; take appropriate next steps
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Engage with customers through phone calls, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Seize opportunities to up-sell products when they arise
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
- Conduct outbound and warm calling to generate leads and promote products.
- Employ negotiation skills to close sales and foster long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on business development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
- Keep records of all conversations in our database
- Meet personal and team targets
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers
Skills:
- Previous experience in a customer sales and support role
- Ability to type a minimum of 35-45 WPM
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- High energy and "Can Do" attitude
- Positive, Professional appearance
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills; active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Punctual
- Call Center experience preferred
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
