About the Organization

Description

We are looking for a COD / Customer Service Supervisor that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. We are a rapidly growing Heating and Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical Company with locations throughout the country! The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Customer Service Team Supervision :

  • Scheduling team to ensure full coverage for all areas we service
  • Training and coaching

Initial training, based on company defined processes

  • Auditing and coaching team to ensure company processes are being followed
  • Payroll calculation
  • Ensuring each team member is clocking in / out accurately based on schedule

  • Managing overtime wisely; keep required coverage at minimum expense
  • Submit total worked hours per employee to Payroll in timely manner
  • Other Responsibilities :

  • Timely management of large amounts of inbound and outbound calls
  • Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
  • Identify customers' needs; clarify information, research issue; provide solutions and / or alternatives
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
  • Keep concise records of all conversations in the call center database
  • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
  • Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Skills :

  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills; active listening skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • High school degree
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and Drug Screen
