The Dispatch position involves managing warranties, coordinating a call-by-call process, ordering parts, and assisting technicians throughout the day. Responsibilities include answering multiple phone lines, performing data entry, and scheduling appointments.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong multitasking abilities. Our dispatchers serve as a liaisons, providing products and services, sharing information, and resolving any issues customers may encounter accurately and efficiently. Exceptional customer service is essential, as maintaining positive and lasting relationships with staff and customers is a priority.
Candidates should possess excellent organizational skills, strong listening skills, and written / verbal communication abilities. A working knowledge of computers, software, and office equipment is required. It is essential to always uphold our Core Values : Integrity, Continuous Improvement, Unity, and Service.
Must Haves :
- Previous experience as a Dispatcher
- Familiarity with Service Titan is a plus
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
