Description

Air Pros USA, LLC is looking for a HVAC General Manager to join our team at :

Dream Team Air Pros located in Denham Springs, LA .

Our HVAC General Manage r will be managing the daily operations for one of our locations which can include a variety of responsibilities like :

Strategic planning : Develop and implement strategic plans and budgeting decisions
Visioning : Create a vision for the company's sales, marketing, production, service, and accounting departments
Management : Manage the managers of each departments
Staffing : Hire, allocate work, and train staff
Performance : Set performance expectations, evaluate performance outcomes, and reward and recognize excellent work
Technical Support : Schedule, direct, and provide technical support for technicians to meet service demands and customers' expectations in Service Titian.
Supervision : Supervise and direct technicians to effectively perform the functions of equipment repair, installation, start-up, operation, and other duties
Operational support : Manage essential operational support functions including inventory management, fleet management, safety practices, and the Service Titian system.
Communication : Regularly update the executive leadership team on training, customer service, performance, personnel matters, and other related issues

Qualifications and Skills Required :

Minimum of 3-5 years experience in an HVAC business or operation management role

Excellent management and supervisory skills

Self motivated with a drive for success personality

Strong organizational skills, manage multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines

Ability to adapt to a very fast-paced environment

Deliver a high level of customer service on a consistent basis

Ability to motivate a team by being able to lead and inspire others in a positive way.

Be a leader and mentor to others.

Possess the ability to grow and train a team.

Be knowledgeable of HVAC operations.

Possession of a valid driver's license with a good driving record

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to create concise yet informative service performance and other technical notes in a shared environment

Computer knowledge and the ability to work in our system, Service Titan

Ability to attract, hire, train and retain talent
