Requirements :
Highly organized and motivated
Be able to withstand heat conditions, climb ladders and / or go into attics (if applicable)
Excellent communication skills
Work well on a team
Experience in HVAC service and repair preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Must have valid drivers license and be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
