AirRevive specializes in refurbishing and re-commissioning water supplied (chiller and boiler) fan coil units. Units are mounted in ceiling (horizontal unit) or in a cabinet (vertical). Our services enhance HVAC asset longevity, improve indoor air quality and comfort, and reduce energy consumption.

We are seeking skilled Pipefitters to join our team. The applicant may be contract. And if the applicant prefers it may become full time employee with benefits.

The location of the work is Reston, VA. Work begins January 15.

  • Competitive pay : $35 to $50 per hour based on experience.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze current piping layouts in fan coil units and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes using hand and power tools.
  • Weld, braze, cement, solder, and thread joints to assemble piping systems.
  • Install and replace water coils, control valves, and flow valves to ensure proper water flow.
  • Test and inspect piping systems for leaks using specialized equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout requirements.
  • Remove and replace worn components to reactivate systems.
  • Track project progress and maintain daily reports.

    • Requirements :

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in pipefitting.
  • Working knowledge of equipment, processes, and techniques for measuring, fitting, soldering, and brazing pipes.
  • Ability to pass a hands-on skills test.
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
