Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Stamford, CT for a Service Manager at Air Solutions, Inc. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing service technicians, handling customer inquiries, oversee scheduling appointments, and ensuring quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC service management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- In depth knowledge of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in HVAC systems, D2 OR S2 licensing as well as NATE CERTIFICATE desired
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field
- oversee CSM/CSR/dispatch teams to ensure overall customer satisfaction
