Primary Responsibilities
The Big Task
HVAC Technician- You will diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
Key Sub Tasks
- Maintain communications with dispatch, your manager and installation team.
- Keep your inventory up to date.
- Properly complete paperwork.
- Be concerned, caring and willing to work with others as a team.
- Capable of working overtime when the situation arises.
- Participate in Paid On Call rotation.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance so you don't scare customers away.
- Because you will be driving our trucks, we need you to have and maintain a clean driving record.
- Pass back-round check.
- Continual technical & customer service training.
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.

Qualifications
Licenses
S1, S2, B2, B1, D1, D2, or SM2 CT license required.
